Use this free downloadable CSI 3 part specification to specify HydroPhase hydraulic concrete underlayment by Formulated Materials, LLC.
HydroPhase self-leveling hydraulic cement floor underlayment for use over fully cured and existing concrete, wood, and other clean, structurally sound substrates meeting L/360 deflection criteria. HydroPhase may be used in residential, multi-family, commercial, and institutional occupancies. This product can be applied from 1/8 inch to 1-1/2 inches thick in a single application.
Do not install HydroPhase over existing asbestos products. HydroPhase does not require surface preparation in most instances, is self-leveling, and does not shrink.
