Toilet Accessories

Use this CSI 3 part SimpleSpecs™ master specification to specify toilet accessories and framed mirrors.

Unframed mirrors are specified in SimpleSpecs™ Master Guide Specification Section 08 80 00 – Glazing.

Electric hand dryers are specified in SimpleSpecs™ Master Guide Specification Section 10 28 14 – Electric Hand Dryers.

The term toilet accessories as used here also includes accessories for baths, showers, locker rooms, and other spaces.

Due to the wide variety of options available, this section provides an example schedule that can be used to specify accessories by manufacturer and model. Coordinate accessory designations with drawings.

Framed mirrors, which are installed using anchors and hangers, are also included in this section. Unframed mirrors, which are installed using mirror setting compound and specialized glazing tools, are specified in SimpleSpecs™ Master Guide Specification Section 08 80 00 – Glazing.
