Brick unit paving is a popular option for many commercial properties. This 3-part SimpleSpecs™ master specification can help you to specify project requirements.
Brick paving may be either thin or thickset, depending on the requirements of your project and the conditions on-site. A thick setting bed is used over irregular substrates where the thick setting bed can level the stone.
A thick setting is also used where a slope must be built into the setting bed. Special setting materials and methods are included for large and heavy bricks.
