Use this free downloadable CSI 3 part specification for glow-in-the-dark, Photoluminescent Stair Nosings for egress metal stair systems.

Four-piece design:

– 2-inch non-conductive pvc isolator

– replaceable anodized nosing

– replaceable 1-inch Photo-Glo® strip

– patented Construction Cover

Isolator clips onto the steel stair pan to hold the nosing in place as concrete is poured.

Photo-Glo® – utilizes the same industrial-grade solid polymer used in golf balls, imbedding photoluminescent pigment, the glow-in-the-dark material. This creates a durable material that is approximately 50% brighter than the code requires. Photo-Glo® comes with an industry-leading 25-year warranty.
