This section includes the most commonly used equipment for interior facilities. Other components such as gymnasium dividers are not included but can be added.
Basketball backstop frames can be wall or ceiling mounted and fixed or operable. Operable backstops can be forward or backward folding to suit project conditions. The operation can be manual or electric.
Backstops are available as particleboard with a melamine face, often used in schools and recreation centers, and tempered glass, which is often used in high schools, colleges, and professional sport centers.
Game standards and nets allow for volleyball to be played in gymnasiums, They can be removable when not in use.
Wall protection mats are installed where players could collide with walls or columns.
