MATERIALS

Retain the following paragraph for coating subject to pedestrian traffic.

TRAFFIC COATING:

1. Description: Moderate traction and durability coating for interior and exterior pedestrian traffic.
2. Coating type: Single component acrylic paint.
3. Color: [Black.] [Gray.] [Yellow.]
4. Coverage rate: 100 – 125 square feet per gallon.
5. Curing time: 2 – 4 hours at 75 degrees F.
6. VOC Content: Less than 100 grams per liter, tested to ASTM D2369.
7. Traction: Aluminum oxide or zirconium grit.

9. Wet coefficient of friction: 0.80, tested to ANSI B101.3.

4. VOC content: Less than 100 g/liter, tested to ASTM D2369.
5. Coverage rate: 25 – 35 square feet per gallon.
6. Curing time: 18 – 24 hours at 75 degrees F.
7. Traction: Aluminum oxide or zirconium grit.
8. Dry coefficient of friction: 0.92.
9. Wet coefficient of friction: 0.76, tested to ANSI B101.3.
